Thomas H. Lutge
Tom Lutge is a 6th generation SF Engineer. He earned his
master’s degree from UC Berkley and is a licensed structural engineer and
engineering contractor. He is known for his innovations in shotcrete and rock bolting. His no nonsense approach to
engineering and seismic upgrades have earned him respect throughout the Bay
Area. With the ability to design it, engineer it and build it all in one
motion, Tom and crew waste no time, and only settle for work standards that are
above convention.

D. Benjamin Cahn
holds three contractor licenses: Engineering Contractor, Plumber and Fire
protection. At one time owning Marin’s largest plumbing and engineering
company. He has designed, engineered and built numerous high end homes in Marin
County as well as Tenant improvements. Benjamin’s skill at project management
is proven in driving both residential and commercial projects. Known for his
fast track accomplishments. IE: 1665 Market’s total build out in 17 working
days, or AAA building in Vallejo TI – 4000 feet in 13 working days and 1098
Harrison 28,000 feet in 80 calendar days.
